WISPR ("we", "us", "our") operates the website wispr.live and its associated web application (the "Platform"). WISPR is currently operated by an individual founder based in the Netherlands and is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

6Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 12 months after deletion.
Trading data: Retained while your account is active. You can delete individual entries at any time.
Payment data: Retained for 7 years to comply with Dutch financial record-keeping obligations.
Analytics data: Retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics.

7Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the EEA or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
Right to restriction: Request that we limit how we process your data.

Hashed password storage (managed by Bubble)
Access controls limiting who can view personal data
Use of reputable, security-certified third-party providers

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9Children's Privacy

WISPR is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello.wispr@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
