WISPR ("we", "us", "our") operates the website wispr.live and its associated web application (collectively, the "Platform"). WISPR is an AI-powered trading education and coaching platform designed to help users review their trades and improve their understanding of technical indicators such as RSI, MACD, and others.
WISPR is currently operated by an individual founder based in the Netherlands. The Platform is accessible globally unless prohibited by local law.
WISPR is not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, or investment manager in any jurisdiction. The Platform does not provide regulated financial services. You should not make any financial or trading decision based solely on content generated by WISPR.
Always seek the advice of a qualified and licensed financial professional before making investment or trading decisions. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire capital.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that violate these Terms.
WISPR offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) via our payment processor, Stripe.
All payments are processed by Stripe. WISPR does not store your payment card details.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
WISPR uses third-party artificial intelligence technology (including OpenAI) to generate coaching feedback and educational content. You acknowledge that:
All content on the Platform — including the WISPR name and logo, software, design, text, graphics, and AI models — is the exclusive property of WISPR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.
You retain ownership of any trade data or personal content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant WISPR a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your use of WISPR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WISPR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WISPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall WISPR's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to WISPR in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 (whichever is greater).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WISPR and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (including Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI functionality, and Google Analytics). WISPR is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform in whole or in part.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or via a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at hello.wispr@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
